a)  American Cancer Society Reach to Recovery - https://www.cancer.org/support-programs-and-services/reach-to-recovery.html and other support programs - https://www.cancer.org/support-programs-and-services.html. There is a hotline (800.227.2345 & live chat) available 24/7. I have referred some friends to them and they have found it helpful to connect and receive some additional resources/support. ACS is also available to offer support for caregivers, friends, family members, etc.

g) Cancer Support Community Atlanta (Cancer Support Community Atlanta (cscatlanta.org)), and they have a great variety of programs available to all cancer survivors. While they are affiliated with Northside, you do not need to be a Northside patient to participate. They have a 4-week program called Cancer Transitions that starts in early September.
